I really like it!! I’m amazed that such delicate cuisine is able to be discovered in Taichung. The food is too superior that it can also rival those Michelin restaurants in metropolitan cities. Its creativities and ideas toward cuisine are impressive. The food might be least attractive for those whose taste is more of tradition and less open. However, the ideas for the cuisine is about discovering the possibility and deliciousness by means of food experiment and development.

The presentation of the food is creative and realistic. The taste and ingredients are not up to the standard considering the price and chef’s fame. Almost all courses were cold and I was confused what I was eating. I would say the creative part is focused on the looks and surrounding experience but not the food. We even bought warm food on our way home to feel like we actually ate. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place.

Initially nervous this might be pretentious, but the staff's passion and commitment, from the wonderful Ivy's hand washing ceremony through to the forest food forage was organised with great conviction and passion and you are quickly immersed in the event, but all this is soon irrelevant when you taste the food. Here you will discover true culinary creativity.
