I would have liked to give a more glowing review but unfortunately my experience today has been a let-down. Let me start with the positives. The staff are wonderful and accomodating. I truly believe they try their best to ensure you have a positive experience. However, the museum is very small. There are many exhibits cramped together. Even though they limit numbers by restricting your boking to a time slot, we felt there were people just everywhere and on top of each other! We found ourselves just waiting just to look an exhibit. The tours were all conducted in Mandarin which excludes all foreign guest. The Line app only works if you are a taiwan resident. All in all, the lack of space, visitors cramped into a tiny 3 storey building means that the experience was a complete letdown! When compared with a similar museum we visited in our home country, this museum was a poor version compared to that. Exhibits were well spaced out, no crowds to deal with, able to take out time to interact. I guess it made up appreciate what we have back home! Here we felt the need to rush through the musem. There were also not many good quality exhibits.
