I visited this place on a Monday early afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by what I saw! The noodle shop recently merged with the cafe next door, providing a bright and open dining experience. The ventilation and airflow was excellent, and they seem to take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. The wait staff is helpful and friendly; they even offered an English menu. Around 3 pm, the place is quiet and suitable for working or reading, and some seats even have outlets nearby. We ordered the 香辣牛肉麵 and 大三元精緻牛肉麵, both were delicious! Each bowl comes with the option of extra ½ to 1½ "balls" of noodles at no additional cost. The 大三元精緻牛肉麵 was on point---the broth was clean and both noodles and beef were the perfect doneness. My 麻辣牛肉麵 had a great amount of peppercorn in it, however, it was slightly on the salty side. But it was not an issue as we could help ourselves to as much black tea and milk tea as we liked. Guests can also help themselves to any amount of tapioca to create their own bubble tea, the firmness of the tapioca were just right. Had we known about the excellent environment, we would have came prepared with laptops and ordered additional coffee as desert. Do note that this appears to be a pet-friendly establishment, so please be aware of this if you have any allergies.

這家真的是非常非常值得來！！！！！！！！ （我願稱他為最高Cp值!） 服務態度 :無限分／滿分 還沒走進去，店員就會走出來迎接我們（太驚喜了！這種只有在高檔餐廳才有的服務我居然也可以遇到～） 一進餐廳店員就很親切的帶位，不會強硬客人要坐在哪裡，一開始是坐在窗邊，後來點餐結帳後，馬上店員就很親切的問我們，要不要換到沙發區(四人坐)比較舒適。(這個服務態度很可以-完全不會覺得不適) 環境衛生:滿分 剛好結帳的時候廚房就在後面我認真的往的方向廚房看，不管是牆壁，地面，工作檯面，或是瓦斯爐，都非常的乾淨！ 餐具也是，很乾淨 餐點：滿分 光是湯匙就不是用塑膠的，而是用木製(玻璃)湯匙，整個質感就提升很多（木製湯匙不好維護，我只能說太用心了！） 另一個小貼心是，有些人不喜歡蔥花，他會把蔥花都集中在湯匙上，就不用自己撈（這個細節都注意到，真的真的很可以！） 湯頭風味／麵條口感很好，嗜口性優。 P.S.這裡的珍奶喝到飽，還有一些小菜也是吃到飽(當然也可以買小菜) P.P.S.也可以加價購買他們店內的其他飲品。 用餐以及店內環境： 音樂：是我最愛的爵士樂，音量大小適中（不會有人聲鼎沸的聲音） 空氣：乾淨，溫度／濕度適中，不會太冷或是太熱。 店內擺設:好看又不會有壓迫感。【很舒適】 整體來說: 我會推薦給身邊的朋友，找他們一起來吃! （極力大推） 下次一定會再來吃！超級喜歡＊N 就算是剛剛走路(從新光/遠百)到這裏大概20分鐘，我都覺得非常非常非常非常值得! 要我專程從澄清坐車過來，我都非常願意。 吃完心情都跟著變好了！ P.S.我從結帳完到我用餐完，我跟我女朋友講了，這家很可以(大概一千次了)😍😍😍

清一色的牛肉麵類可以免費加湯續麵，對於胃口較大的朋友而言，真是一大福音(ꂲଳꂲ)蘿蔔泡菜、酸菜也免費供應，還有珍珠奶茶及咖啡紅茶免費無限暢飲！他們家的珍珠奶茶口感就像手搖飲店賣的٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و吃過幾次清一色牛肉麵，我每次都會喝個至少2-3杯的珍珠奶茶，超過癮ꉂ (′̤ॢ∀ ू‵̤๑))ˉ̞̭♡另外應加在牛肉麵裡的蔥花，清一色會裝在湯匙中！讓顧客自行決定是否添加～對有時忘記告知不要蔥的我而言，是個非常貼心的舉動♡(˃͈ દ ˂͈ ༶ ) - ❏ 大四喜滿漢牛肉麵 $220元 ❏ 小菜三盤 $100元 蘿蔔泡菜酸酸脆脆好開胃，牛肉麵的麵條Q彈有嚼勁，且湯頭鹹度剛剛好！我跟老公都點大四喜滿漢牛肉麵，大四喜分別為牛腩、牛腱、牛筋、牛肚，肉質均新鮮可口好吃～是間百吃不膩的牛肉麵店(∩˃o˂∩)♡ 🏷想知道更多景點或美食？ 🔍歡迎追蹤我的IG：kiki_hello_
