Amazing vegetarian food. Each soup has its unique taste and character. The noodles are chewy and tasty. Tofu and fake meats are diverse and interesting.

Helpful service also for foreigners. They showed us an English menu and assisted to their best ability. Google lens or similar for image translation still recommended.

The place has a nice modern interior, but it's not a high end or very traditional place. Rather a practical modern eatery.

回台灣正式的第一餐就獻給空也素麵食，竟然就開在我們家附近不到15分鐘的車程，一定要先訂位，這是很多人提到的事情，因為現場排隊的候位時間真的很久，基本上都是1.5-2個小時起跳，好像有用餐時間限制。雖然人很多，但是上菜速度算快

我們一共點了 味噌拉麵：份量蠻大一晚的，可以多人一起share 清蒸臭豆腐：中規中矩的，台北的某家知名臭豆腐比較好吃 紅醋麵：味道十足，推一個 麻油麵線：沒有到很特別，就很單純的麻油麵線 藥膳湯：這個蠻推的，清甜爽口，在冬天時候吃很好吃 蒸餃：好吃 川味涼粉：推一個耶，這個辣味感十足，對於吃小辣的我都覺得很辣

The first official meal back in Taiwan was dedicated to Kongya Vegetarian Noodles, which is conveniently located less than a 15-minute drive from our home. It’s essential to make a reservation in advance, as many people have mentioned, because the wait time for walk-ins can be quite long—typically around 1.5 to 2 hours, and there seems to be a dining time limit. Despite the crowd, the food is served quickly.

Here’s what we ordered:

Miso Ramen: The portion is quite large, suitable for sharing with multiple people. Steamed Stinky Tofu: It’s decent, but the stinky tofu from a famous spot in Taipei tastes better. Red Vinegar Noodles: Full of flavor, highly recommended. Sesame Oil Noodles: Not particularly special, just straightforward sesame oil noodles. Herbal Soup: This is quite recommended, it’s light, sweet, and refreshing—perfect for winter. Steamed Dumplings: Delicious. Sichuan-Style Cold Noodles: Highly recommended! Service is good. Delivery time is reasonable. Food is fine. Have observed the team would clean the edge of the dish or bowl before delivery to customers. It tells its management is doing things.
