Amazing vegetarian food. Each soup has its unique taste and character. The noodles are chewy and tasty. Tofu and fake meats are diverse and interesting.
Helpful service also for foreigners. They showed us an English menu and assisted to their best ability. Google lens or similar for image translation still recommended.
The place has a nice modern interior, but it's not a high end or very traditional place. Rather a practical modern eatery.
