Horrible experience at this coffee shop.

FOOD: Horrible. Tasteless. We ordered a salad, cinnamon roll, americano and latte. Decoration was unbelievable horrible in to-go boxes. Coffee both worse than 7-11. Cinnamon roll so so with a lot of wheat, few cinnamon and not crunchy at all.

MENU: No English version and no pictures. They have a QR Code but it goes to a page which is still useless. I couldn’t understand properly. My friend doesn’t speak English so the experience was even worse.

SERVICE: Is there any word in English which means worse than “horrible”? They threw us in outdoor area and we did not have any access for the staffs. In addition, we had to wait 20 minutes in the line to order our meal and, after ordering, we still needed to wait ONE HOUR for our meal. And it was only salad, coffee and cinnamon roll which can be made in less than 10 minutes. The waiter didn’t have any experience, probably a part-time staff who couldn’t speak English. I complained to him about the to-go boxes but it was only waste of time my complaints.

What’s more the outdoor area is dirty, old and with broken tables. If you go @smilecoffee2016 , please book a table indoor and hope the service...

Really nice decor and very open plan. Everything from the menus to the furniture suggest this was something all put together with an eye for style and detail, which I appreciate. There’s lots of choice in the menu, but not so much for vegetarians, but I’ve come to expect that to be honest, even in a country with lots of vegetarians and vegetarian restaurants. The food itself leans towards Nordic style food, especially in terms of presentation.

We ordered a sort of set meal for vegetarians. The menu was misleading for this particular meal as it said the meal was Suitable for vegans even though it included eggs! I’m sure most vegans wouldn’t miss that, but still, get the description right guys!

As for the ‘vegan’ meal we ordered, it was ok, but basically there were 4 different egg based foods - 4! Way too much. Did they order too many eggs one day I wonder? Due to this lack of variety on the meal we ordered and the misleading vegan description I’m only giving 3 stars, as stuff like this is easy to see as a bit...

This is an overrated place. Firstly, they used strawberry jam bought from Ikea, which wouldn't be a problem if it tasted good. Also the whole meal was poorly paced, I waited 1 hr for my food in the meantime my boyfriend had finished his and waited with me for 20 minutes for reasons beyond me. Because when my order finally came, the only things they had to cook after the meal ticket arrived were the "corn pancake", a strip of bacon and a sausage, which shouldn't have taken that long. The flavours don't really complement each other either. They tasted like three individual ingredients put together in a paper box. Also don't get me started on the hard boiled egg, I couldn't peel the shell off because the egg was obviously in the fridge for too long making its membrane stuck firmly on the egg white.
