Karuizawa Hot Pot New Chongde Branch — Restaurant in Taichung

It is a huge hot pot place but turned out to be very nice. One of my favourite hot pot places. It has two big floors.

The portions are reasonable. If I would have said I don't need the rice or noodles I would have managed the whole portion.

The vegetables is quite a good portion. For me feels a very good mix between vegetables and meat.

There are tissues inside the drawers on the sides of the tables.

This restaurant is recommended by a friend and they only hold thier reservation for 10 min, Restaurant is quite full even after lunch time, vege and pork slice is very fresh and thier soup broth is serve individual. Free flow of tea available at the sauce bar but i find it's abit sweet.Since Taiwan people don't really take spicy food thier Mala soup taste very mild spicy even you order normal spicy. Love thier service and all Taiwan people are very polite...

One of the hottest hot pot place you'll find here in Taichung!! Better make that reservation early because you're not going to expect open seats for last minute visits!!
