Not bad, but not great either at an inflated price. Service was poor, obviously not trained to SOP. The kids split a burger which was extremely undercooked, rare. When the server was alerted he said it was fine and called it "medium-well," a 7/10. After some was eaten it was discovered the burger was even less cooked inside than originally thought, and the meat was cooked unevenly throughout. A manager came over and agreed it was medium-rare or less than 5/10. She was nice and offered a new meal. This took another 15-20 minutes while everyone else in our group patiently waited to leave.

This type of hyped-up place should refund not just replace a meal. We paid more than $4600nt for 6 meals and a salad. Only 1 was a steak dish. It's not worth it, find a local place who do burgers, you'd be better off. We...

Like the place itself, food was very good (they just opened up a new Mexican menu), staff were very nice too.

I was served tortillas in something that looked like the tray for the other items and so I had to ask where the tortillas were.

It was nice presentation, just not obvious that the tortillas were in this thing.

Also a bit of low IQ moment on my part. LOL!

The food is also a bit more pricey than most places.

So, I went back to this place the next night for a group dinner. Without going into details I will tell you that the service was absolutely fantastic ! A LOT of care and I was super impressed.

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past few months, and the table service has been good, with a generally enthusiastic staff. However, there is still room for improvement compared to my previous visits. During the meal, there seemed to be a server who was handling multiple tables simultaneously, which caused some delays in getting the orders and attending to our needs.
