難得今天去安平，路過這間店門口，第一眼被門口的價目表吸引：一杯單品只要100！？（我真是庸俗科科）當下決定用完餐後要回來買一杯喝喝看，即使我車上已經放著另一間店買的冰美式。

吃完飯回來，我站到點餐口前，裡頭沒人。正當我在找附近有沒有服務鈴時老闆走了出來，我說我想點一杯耶加雪菲，老闆跟我說抱歉所有單品豆都賣完了。（「全部嗎？！」「是的」）

當下我的表情應該是充滿了失落，因為老闆隨即問我要不要試試看他的美式。可能看到我的表情又多了幾分猶豫，老闆跟我拍胸脯保證他的美式肯定好喝。

既然老闆都這樣說了，我也決定嘗試看看，而想說既然老闆都如此有自信，我也來改喝一下熱的好了。看著老闆熟練地調節水的溫度，而他用來裝水的杯子似乎是手作的，我也更增添了幾分信心（沒辦法我對大地色的東西就是沒抵抗力，大加分啦！）。

老闆帶著自信的表情呈上他的作品並告訴我他已經調到適口的溫度，我照著老闆的說法啜了一口，吞得太急來不及品味它（壞習慣，有夠失禮！）。於是馬上再飲一口讓它在我的口腔裡打轉再吞下。

風味是偏苦但不嗆口，口感是醇厚的，入喉之後喉嚨與氣管鼻腔裡的咖啡香久久不散，到這裡是一杯（我認為的）好美式的基本。更讓我驚艷的，是入喉之後，我的舌頭像是被一層膜包覆著、停留著一種溫潤的感覺，我大概知道這是咖啡豆的油脂有被沖出來的象徵。

我其實也是外行，每天就是為了方便攝取咖啡因去超商帶杯美式罷了，要我嚐出咖啡的果香還什麼花香老實說…每次店員都講得很清楚但我都聽得很模糊。我只在乎咖啡入我口之後給我的感受以及它帶給我的層次感，當然感受這種東西是因人而異。

很少看到台南咖啡是這個價格了，而這杯咖啡所創造出來的層次感讓我覺得它應該超過這個價格。 希望下...
