20200624: arrived around 2200h and they are packed! waited for 25min to obtain our takeout order.

their ordering processing system can be much improved, specifically by adding an expediter. in the course of observing their workflow and operations whilst waiting, it was painfully clear our order of 4 guabao could have been filled immediately (there was a box full of guabao (see first photo) waiting to be served/bagged) but there was no one to go through the order sheets. additionally, all the staff seemed to be unbelievably lackadaisical especially considering the lines. another example of shop owners not caring much about their customers' well being/satisfaction

The shop has a small space on the side of the road, sells quite expensive goods and is always crowded. There are quite a few seats to eat at the restaurant. The owner is kind and nice.
