91 Brunch — Restaurant in Tainan

Great to cool down on a hot afternoon. Tucked away in a new small-sized building away from the busy main roads. Food is reasonably priced (you order via website which is in Chinese, so I used translation app) and tasty. Excellent white interior design with quality aesthetics. The guy who usually serves me is very patient, friendly and attentive. Every time I've come here they play music by The 1975 which is great; hope the staff don't mind it playing all the time. They also don't do decaff coffee but that seems common for all of Taiwan so I...

This place is nice and cozy for breakfast. Before you get table, you need to come to cashier to see if there is any table left. Recommended place to spend morning with your friend or family just for a little chat while...

巷弄內白色系漂亮早午餐店🤍🌾

有網美系豐盛拼盤，也有單點類的蛋餅、厚片吐司、三明治，餐點品項都與其他早餐店與眾不同，結合傳統與現代感的創意早餐～最特別的是減醣千張蛋餅，來訪必點‼️

✏️貓王絕對沒吃過蛋餅$80 內餡是培根、起司、香蕉、蛋與花生醬，配料鹹甜，入口非常多層次，最先感受到蛋餅皮濕軟化開，花生醬很濃郁，是有顆粒的，搭配香蕉意外和諧，滿特別的味道！

✏️兒童專屬$120 小拼盤有水果、沙拉、薯條、雞塊*2、與蛋沙拉吐司、鮮奶。沙拉的醬料類似乳瑪琳的質地卻微酸甜（？）個人有點太濃厚，可能可以客製化少醬。其他品項中規中矩，薯條炸起來滿乾淨的應該是用乾淨的油！吐司也烤得剛好，酥脆好吃！

✏️古早味控肉刈包$80 刈包皮與傳統不同，用類似美式漢堡的外皮，外酥內軟帶有微甜香，內餡是經典組合酸菜、控肉、花生粉等，比較特別的是還加了花生醬讓整體口感更絲滑！可惜肉選擇的部位偏油，加上厚重的調味配料吃到後期有點膩口。這個品項滿新奇的！傳統中式內餡搭配新興的外皮，很獨特的體驗！

🔎科普千張蛋餅 千張是用黃豆製成，植物性蛋白，醣值低，厚度很薄因此做成蛋餅皮機乎沒什麼特別口感，只是幫助食物塑形固定，不過店家搭配豐富的內料平衡...
