Step in at 8pm, get told they are closed. Sign on the door indicates open until 9pm, so does...

明食堂給人一種家的溫馨，有來自媽媽手藝的溫暖， 所有食材親自挑選、熬煮，連最基本的白米飯都好吃。

近期推出了新菜單「限定秘製麻辣香鍋」， 有別於一般麻辣鍋的嗆辣，明食堂的麻辣是溫和版的， 湯頭清爽甘甜，喝完會感覺一點點椒麻香氣， 對於不習慣吃辣的朋友也可以接受。

特別推薦他的手工米血，還有阿娟手工餃， 光看食材就知道老闆娘用料不馬虎。

老滷虱目魚肚也是明食堂的招牌料理， 使用陳年老滷汁，一整尾的虱目魚肚， 嚐起來甘甜不死鹹，相當入味。

明食堂口味不走重鹹，清淡卻有味， 個人是很喜歡這樣的料理，每一道都用心， 會讓人想一訪再訪。...
