They serve per hour, meaning you will enter when the clock is sharp at 2 pm or 3 pm or 4 pm basically depending on what time you arrive you gotta write your info, you don’t just enter freely.

Read more#挽火炭火燒き漢堡排 ,南台灣版的 #挽肉と米 ,台南和高雄各有一間,基本上就是間炭燒漢堡排專賣店,複製日本排隊名店挽肉と米的模式,強調現作的板前料理,以及時段預約制,一度也是熱門話題。
曾品嚐過 #挽肉と米京都 ,以此作為對標。其實精髓就是肉和米,如和把漢堡肉煎烤的好吃,還有白米飯煮的彈潤膨鬆,其實還頗看食材和功力的。
日本的挽肉一份是三顆漢堡排,台南的挽火一份是二顆,分為豬肉$420、牛肉$490、和牛$680三種食材,但牛肉其實是牛豬混合,非全牛肉,似乎沒特別標明。套餐附泡菜、沙拉、生蛋、湯品和優格,若想吃一節翅、牛肉湯、玉子燒等,可加價升級定食。
第一顆漢堡肉是放在黑色圓石容器,打開後熱氣蒸騰、香氣四溢,很有視覺效果(比較可惜無現場拍打漢堡肉)。至於口感,老實說沒特別驚豔,中規中矩,好像也不到鮮嫩Q彈,口味上比較單一,吃久會覺得略乾,但佐上七味粉或味噌醬,層次變化就出來了!
漢堡肉搭著米飯再打上生蛋黃,拌著一起入口,會比較有濕潤滑Q的口感,可惜米飯煮的沒日本好,挽肉的米飯可是好吃不輸漢堡肉。
第二顆則放在角盤端上,口味上我是吃不出差別,把四款佐料都沾上一輪:紅酒醋醬、味噌醬、哇沙米醬、七味粉。加購的一節翅和玉子燒,頗有水準,尤其雞翅烤的香當可口誘人。
