Bad First time here and pbb last time here. It might not be fair for the store but this was my terrible experience today.

The worst waiter ever. (Again, it might not be fair for other waiters becuz they all did great job and were very polite.)

When we called to make a reservation, we asked for sofa seat specifically. And our answer was: “yes we still have sofa seat left for the day you reserve.” And he assured us for the sofa seat.

But when we arrived today, we were told that the sofa seats were for a larger group so we no longer get the seat we reserved.

Certainly, we were dissatisfied with this arrangement. So we asked the waiter, “But you did assure us for the seat.” And interestingly, he showed us his reservation list, in which is shown that we were on the 2nd reservation group. Then the waiter explained, when I said you have the sofa seat, it was the time that no other larger group has reserved.

But after that, there was another big group reserved for the sofa seat, so we surely would give the seat to them. (Okay that sound pretty awkward to me but that wasn’t the worst part)

And then I said, “okay, I understand that your policy might be that, but there’s something I need to let you know. It’d be better if you let us know earlier that the sofa seat is not ours. It sounds pretty reasonable to me that the store would keep the sofa to a larger group but that wasn’t what I expected. So I’d like you to know that.”

Surprisingly, he told me, “okay, I have something to let you know, too. Next time when you call, do not make several calls. Please discuss with your friends and give us only one call to make the reservation.” (Ps. We did make 3 calls to make the reservation because we’d like to know more about this store.)

Tbh, that was the worst worst reply I’ve ever got. He could’ve just said, “yes I’m sorry, but that’s our policy. I can do nothing for it.” Or, “yes, I’d let you know earlier next time.” Any other reply could be better than that. But sadly, he chose the worst reply which was even a totally different topic from what I was saying.

Again, the hookah was not bad there, food and drinks are all good there. Other waiters/waitresses were polite and awesome there. But that reply is what disappointed...

IG:foodie_foxx A new update to this restaurant, after covid, the whole place is changed, pretty new, fully refurbished, fully modern, and comfortable midnight bar located in the xiadong road 小東路, just next to 7/11. The place is fully redecorated, spacious, and pretty modern. Rates have also been changed. Drinks are really good; choices of drinks have also been increased, and the food menu is new. Taste of food is also really good; 🍟 fried are really crunchy, nuggets soft and tender, onion rings, crumpy in the outside, and caramelized onion inside was a real delight to our 👅 tongue and taste buds. Squid balls were best on the menu. I don't know whether it's fresh or frozen, but it really was so good, very tasty and mouth watering, the best one bite food for liquor. So it's better to come in a group like 7 or 8 in total so that u can order more and match it up to 3000. ONCE FAMOUS FOR SHISHA and also now famous for the SHISHA, the shishas are good, try the one with mint and vodka flavors it's really good and recommended. Coal will be changed in a total of 3 times, which lasts up to 2.5 to 3 hours, which is more than enough. Let's encourage local shops.
