Due to higher rating (we start to trust it less and less), we hop on this clay stove bbq place. Booking and serving is quick, staff are helpful and cordial. We like the nicely burning coal which give perfect heat to barbecue. However and it should be, that takes time. The staff did not give that time. They see people waiting and need to change table quickly. They rushed us by doing the barbeque for us. The pork is merely just cooked and i have keep emphasising that we want it well cooked. The wagu is worse. Some pieces were cold inside. We complained and they gave a new plate of wagu, oddly cut shape, seems like leftover, with lots of fibre. Of course they were also barbecue for us.

We looked around the tables and no one was helped much as our table. We did not see that as better service but felt disturbed for our favor for leisure pace

That kind of coal heat needs 2-3 hours of barbecue time, not 90 minutes. They should rethink their business model

It's was my scholarship party and they had a beer challenege that day. Fasted to drink 1000cc of beer, its was really great, they treated the customers with so much love and so respect. The ambience was really good, so pleasant and the waitress and waiters were dancing and singing so many Japanese phrases, it's so comical and enjoyable, as it was Christmas in 2 weeks they made the dishes also in chrisrmas theme, like tree and santa, the waitress were so cute and Co friendly to us. We were eating both barbecue and hot pot style of Japanese food Really recommended and will go again for sure, A bit expensive, but still good to go and eat
