I am giving the rating more based on the convenience, as it is walking distance from my stay, and that I managed to buy something. I passed by on Thursday 12 April 2018 afternoon 12 pm and 3 pm and most of the shops (80%?) were closed, hence it is difficult to give a fair rating.
