蘭州牛肉麵自清朝時，就已經成為蘭州的著名小吃，當時的詩人張澍，甚至為其寫下「焚香自嘆息，只盼牛肉麵」的詩句。

在往後的發展過程中，蘭州牛肉麵逐漸形成「一清、二白、三綠、四紅、五黃」的色相。即透亮的清湯下鋪着白蘿蔔，上面一邊撒上滿滿的蒜苗或香菜，另一邊則淋上「油潑辣子」（即油潑辣椒），加上黃亮的麵條。

這個味道好吃，小小的店面，有小吧台和裡面有一個2人座的沙發，很像個人VIP，老闆娘招待涼拌木耳、一杯冰開水，感覺不錯👍

Lanzhou beef noodles have become a famous snack in Lanzhou since the Qing Dynasty. The poet Zhang Shu at that time even wrote a poem about it, "burning incense and sighing, only looking forward to beef noodles."

In the subsequent development process, Lanzhou beef noodles gradually formed the colors of "one clear, two white, three green, four red, and five yellow". That is, white radish is spread under the clear clear soup, with plenty of garlic sprouts or coriander sprinkled on one side, and "youpulazi" (i.e. oil-splashed chili) on the other side, plus bright yellow noodles.

This is delicious. It is a small store with a small bar and a 2-seater sofa inside. It is like a personal VIP. The lady boss serves cold fungus and a glass of iced water. It...

First time here, soup broth is good and clean, noodles done exactly as I like it--al dente at service and softens as you eat--but the beef was pretty tough to chew.

Service is great: you can even refill the clear broth if you want (which I did), and can adjust the scallions and cilantro more/less, to your liking. The portions are clearly labeled so you can decide if you want a small or large size. Pricing is fair.

New location just a short walk from the previous store. Great setup with more seating, clean and brightly lit.

I got the large bowl. Comes with lots of noodles, tender beef, some with tendon and a little radish. Broth comes clear, you have to spice it up yourself. Lots of chili oil and some vinegar for me. Very satisfying, much better than the first time I tried (2yrs ago).
