上官木桶鍋-中正店 — Restaurant in Taipei

Service: friendly and fast. Bad thing is even its not buffet you can only eat for an hour. I think this is a very bad rule. People my choke or not digest well and they serve big amount of food this might be waste

Food: Super good ! U can see my picture the beef is fresh and the serving us huge (not recommend for small eaters) vegetables are nicely places and fresh with many variety.

Location / env.: center of Taipei. Restaurant middle size please make reservation before come to the restaurant and don’t be late

Seafood is super fresh, service staffs are extremely helpful and insightful. Taught us to divide the soup into meat based and seafood. Initially found it v inconvenient cause we usually just mix everything in the broth. However, it turns out to the best choice. Soup is super tasty. Personally prefer the beef based one. Besides they have a wide variety of beef (of different nationality too!! Hahaha) definitely worth a try if you're a foodie and willing to splurge...

總之就是一間食物賣相很好看 僅供打卡的不好吃火鍋店 裝潢普通、價位高卻名不符其實 老實講吃過很多家價位差不多的，這間真的是後段班，我是不清楚評價為什麼那麼高 大胃王系列給大量的肉片卻不告訴你是品項最便宜的肉種，會特別提是因為店員只會推這個，完全不會評估你們到底吃不吃的完。 這次點了兩個單人鍋 一份大胃王套餐 加點蛤蜊鱸魚跟和牛 只有四個人吃，店員完全沒告知大胃王套餐裡面已經有蛤蜊了（？）我們加點就是因為擔心沒蛤蜊阿..... 豬肉不行 羊肉很普 和牛也不是很行 澳洲牛還行 鴨肉不行 蛤蜊有煮到不開的 湯頭爛到爆這什麼廉價湯頭味（我點番茄湯底真心覺得毀了所有食材）

飲料區跟醬料區也不是很好 飲料只有白開水、蜜水、熱開水 醬料區自家製作的沙茶不合口味、配料很難取用因為都見底了 廁所算乾淨但超普通沒有很舒適

重點是店員聽不懂生辣椒是什麼 到底為什麼可以那麼狀況外 因為同桌有人愛吃辣 但他們提供的三種有辣湯頭辣度完全不可調整 所以問說有沒有生辣椒 他說「應該沒有，但我們有切過的那種」 我問「那應該是生辣椒吧？」 他回「我們沒有，你們可以去醬料區自己看看」

後來去看就明明擺著已切好的生辣椒阿（黑人問號）

服務欠佳訓練不好 還是依然收服務費 對了整間店裝潢也很普通 空氣循環也不好會沾染很重火鍋味 最後我們四個人吃了五千五左右
