山徑拾光 TRAIL COFFEE — Restaurant in Taipei

To say the truth, this cafe wasn‘t my original target, but that one was full and I was told to make a booking ! it was the first time I heard need to book a seat at a cafe! A table for one only! Thanks to that target cafe I didn't reach it! I walked in this cafe just near by that one. Normally I don't have a cuppa black coffee, I tried theirs with a piece of cheesecake, but sorry I forget the name. I thought It was a short black, but it came with a jar which made 2 cups. The taste was not bad. The staff was passionated to introduce their coffee, and was proud of roasting the beans on their own. Also he left a small amount of grinding coffee and let me smell. My cheesecake was good as well, not too sweet but matched to the black coffee. Maybe the location is quite close to a uni, students come over and stay longer so as the tables turn-over are very low... I supposed to read my book at the cafe, but some customers were a bit noisy.... Anyway, I'm still happy to...

Perfect coffee, beautiful scent, smooth yet strong flavor, just the right amount of milk in the latte. Pretty latte art 😍 Prices are a bit higher than in some other places but I feel you are paying for quality here. The people running the store are super friendly and contribute to the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere in the cafe. I didn't see savory dishes on the menu, which is of course not a problem but make sure to not come hungry (there are desserts available though which I didn't try). 尾韻 喝出咖啡師的生活經驗

午後 走進這條小巷 會想我走對了嗎？ 就看見前方有盞小燈 應該是那裡 老宅無誤 走上階梯拉開門進去 宛如大閣樓般的清爽空間 座位不算多 細節做得很好 很舒服 桌距很好 置物方便 能很自在聊天 自己一個人來的話 有書不舊可閱讀 洗手間每個角落都乾淨 我覺得很棒 我最喜歡的是餐巾紙 米色的 不粗糙

我今天點的是 大人味手沖咖啡 熱飲 聞香咖啡粉 是一種新鮮的味道 玻璃壺盛裝 邊緣有隔熱皮料 倒的時候仍感覺熱度 是咖啡師一刻都不耽擱的真誠 搭配日本古董杯 杯緣加厚就口的咖啡有鬆弛感

前調 中調 尾調 層次感分明又協調 對我而言是第一次喝到這樣的咖啡 熱咖啡冷掉 是否都是澀味與苦味？ 山徑拾光的咖啡不是這樣 我喝到巧克力味 尾韻墊高了價值 非常推薦一定要來喝喝看
