Very unsanitary, beef noodle was okay with decent chunks of beef and good chewy knife-cut noodles. Soup was a bit light but decent. However, the chili oil container had a lot of grime over its lid which was pretty...

牛肉麵 NT$170 手桿麵超Q彈有勁道，肉半筋軟嫩好吃，湯頭微紅燒感，辣酸菜很香。

炸醬麵 NT$100 醬汁是精隨，鹹甜有豆香，可惜去的時候辣青蔥沒了，不然應該更好吃!

Beef Noodles NT$170 The hand-rolled noodles are super chewy and springy, the meat is soft and tasty with tendons, the soup has a slightly braised texture, and the spicy pickled cabbage is very fragrant.

Soybean Paste Noodles NT$100 The sauce is the highlight, salty, sweet and beany. It's a pity that the spicy shallots were gone when I went there, otherwise it would have...
