The coffee tastes bad, even for Louisa's standards. The place is really old and needs some improvement. The second floor is in very poor condition! The bathroom is just too filthy, the whole floor smells like toilet. There literally is a hole on the floor at the bigger table (the only table with power outlets), so 2-3 seats cannot be used. Some sofa's upholstery is so old and ruined that it completely detached from the chairs... The staff could be better trained. If you don't ask for the receipt, they don't...

Air conditioning layout and control is horrible. Too cold, loud, with the wind blowing directly at customers in certain areas.

Staff etiquette could be more professional and proper. The guy who took my order felt rushed and did not enunciate properly.

Staff training was taking place while I was placing my order; wonder if they could have done so n in a less busy time or outside of business hours. Cleaning equipment was also laid out in plain sight in the bathroom.
