Super long wait for the cocktails. We tried 4 different cocktails, all had issues. I sent one cocktail back because it was way out of balance, super high proof and undrinkable, then i asked for their "Hinoki Spring", which required a carbonating siphon. After waiting 20 minutes, they came back and told me they ran out of gas and couldnt make the cocktail. It shouldnt have taken 20 minutes to inform someone that the cocktail is no longer available, let alone figure out theres no more gas for the device.
If there were other bars nearby then we wouldve just left, but we were patient enough to order a whiskey sour to replace that cocktail. Never had such a bad whiskey sour in a long time. No egg whites or anything on top, used very poor quality whiskey, and cocktail was filled with crushed ice pieces.
