A basic traditional breakfast place that's unique in that it's open 24 hours a day, which I'm sure many people appreciate and find very convenient. We ordered 2 水煎飽, 2 飯糰, and 1肉飽. The ordering was delayed because the lady kept ignoring me, but I finally spoke up and someone else took my order. The food was good, but the staff looked pretty tired and overworked. In any case, I was surprised the AC worked pretty well here as from the look of things on the outside, I fully expected the store to not be air conditioned. We enjoyed our food, even though the table was not clean and we had to clear it ourselves by putting the previous customer's trash onto another empty table and then a staff person eventually came and got the trash. Read moreWe stayed at the nearby Eslite Hotel (a really nice hotel) and asked the concierge where we can go for soy bean milk and fritters (豆浆油条). Was directed to this place and we arrived just after 1pm. The ladies in the shop were already tidying up and preparing to close for the afternoon.
