There is not enough seating and the task prioritization of the store is terrible when its busy. They will process all the orders paid by card and leave people waiting to pay at the counter for 10 minutes before taking any of them. I walked out after waiting to pay for 10 minutes. If i ever see its busy again i'll go eat somewhere else. Thanks franchise mangement for failing to get money from me today. This is more evidence that self service kiosks suck and make restaurants that use them...

Their national delivery hotline was down due to maintenance, but I called this branch because I knew the number and it's literally like 5 min drive on a scooter from my place. The guy wouldn't take my order because "all delivery orders must come from their system". The system had been down for 2 hours already and this moron wouldn't manually take my order. Technology has made...

The only Mac with the 101 in the background. The restaurant have limited seating space. No window, so it is very dark. is very strange the layout of the restaurant, considering that it is a corner unit at the busy cross junction of the area, the window view would have been awesome. i feel that they didn't make...
