大夜市牛排 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

By the time we got to the night market most of the stalls were closed. We noticed Big Night Market Steak House near the Zhongli night market entrance seemed to be busy with locals so we thought we’d give it a try. The service was super hospitable and went above and beyond for such a casual place. It’s sort of self serve for some stuff (drinks, soup, cutlery, napkins) and you are supposed to pay after you order from your table.

Honestly, i do not know anything about steak culture in Taiwan. I hear this is traditional night market steak. It was good! Seemed like rump or flank beef, seared and soft, smothered with a Salisbury like gravy served over noodles with a fried egg. Portions are generous. Cost is low, business is fast, drinks and soup are free. This busy place seems to be a local go to....

如果是想體驗台式牛排的朋友，真的很推薦來試試 平價又不會踩雷，該有的味道、氛圍都有到位 在夜市逛一圈後來這裡吃上一頓，超有幸福感！

Zhongli Night Market Steak — I’ve been eating here since it was just a small food cart! Now they’ve upgraded to a full storefront, and I feel like a longtime regular.

The sizzling noodles here are a must-try! The sauce is rich and flavorful without being too salty. I always finish every last bite — super satisfying.

Now they’ve also added a self-service area inside, with ice cream available too! Perfect for cooling down in the summer.

For the steak, I highly recommend going for the double portion — plenty of meat, very satisfying, and pairs perfectly with the sizzling noodles.
