Haidilao Ximen Branch — Restaurant in Wanhua District

My girlfriend recommended that we come and try this place. I have heard of it before and seen many videos of it on youtube and tiktok but I must say going myself there I was still surprised. The service is absolutely excellent. Every table has a personal waiter that is very attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic! They also offer additional services like free nail saloon, traditional performances (Chinese dance, face change), throwing noodles....

The food is of good quality aswell, you order as much as you wish to and pay accordingly. A couple of items are rovided for free, for example fruits and some snacks. There's also free unlimited high quality Hägen Dazz ice cream included, really amazing !

I think we paid about 5000 NTD for 5 people, which is very fair for this great service.

I have rarely been this satisfied with a restaurants service in my life and will come back in the future!

One thing that could be improved is, it can become very loud with so many people, so maybe the restaurant could think about a method, to design the tables in a more "private" setting, besides that, there's nothing to complain about.

It can. E quite busy as it is a well known restaurant, hence I would advice to book a table well in advance.

Could be 5 star for service. my daughter wanted to do manicure but the lady say only for above 12 she is 11. So we say ok will wait for our turn to go into restaurant to eat. We are singaporean and follow rules and policy. lol Strangely a couple with a young daughter about 6 years old say hi to her and like they know each other, she did the manicure for the 6 years old. My daughter was so stunned and almost teared on the unfairness of service. is Ther a special treatment for special guest? Can hai di Lao explain ? We had to explain to her that unfairness do exist in this world but personally was not expecting this from hai di Lao which we have ate at multiple countries like sg, Thai, Malaysia. All superb service. So that really leave a sours taste and worse is we are sitting Ther and she did tat infront of us and also notice us looking at her. My daughter was so hurt by the unfairness of service. So so disappointing.

Other than that service in the restaurant was superb, shout out for the dancers, they did a special dance for my daughter. It could have been a perfect lunch if not for the manicurist experience. Food wise is good and soup are different from other...

There are no words to describe this place. As a foreigner traveling and for the very first time trying hotpot could be very daunting but not at this place. From the start till the end you finish your meal you are greeted by the most amazing humble sweet staff. If you get the chance please ask for FanFan and BoBo these two will make your experience memorable. Bobo will make his speciality spicy sauce that is the highlight of the food. FanFan omg where to start she is sooo cute and sweet and so understanding she made us feel so comfortable she speaks english and understands the difficulties when it come to ordering hot pot her patience and attention to detail is sooo maculate. She even gave us complimentary drinks and a heartfelt note. I cannot express how sweet she is. I wish her the best in life. This place is...
