LOUISA COFFEE Guilin Store — Restaurant in Wanhua District

Starbucks across the street is noticeably more expensive than this café and compared to what I’m used to in my country. Louisa Coffee has many branches in Taipei and they provides a similar cozy atmosphere but with a more affordable menu. However, they made a minor mistake with our order, serving a ham sandwich instead of tuna. Fortunately, they quickly corrected it. It would be better if the staff will look friendly to customers especially to foreigners (Filipino).

We had breakfast here today as part of our hotel stay at Sunrise Business Hotel Ximen. It's a choice of sandwich and green tea. I opted for ham in wheat bread. It had an almost flavorless ham, lettuce and a drop of dressing so meager you wouldn't notice until you pry your food. The bread is a bit hard and dry on the palate it might as well have been an archaeological find.

My SO opted for french bread. It's so mid that a grade schooler would've made a much better one without effort.

The jasmine green tea is ok. It's just our order took almost half an hour we had been late to our hiking. Definitely not going tomorrow even if it's a free meal...

Went here with my girlfriend today, quite packed, good coffee as usual in this chain. Sat up front by the counter in the corner. Was sitting with our laptop and talking and having a cosy moment. Kissed my girlfriend lightly on the cheek a few times, laughing and giggling like a couple in love does. Nothing extreme for displaying in public In my opinion. A younger looking Taiwanese girl with blonde hair in a ponytail working there had a strong opinion about it, and said “it’s enough, if you continue I’m gonna throw hot water on your faces”.
