The udon and broth are great as you wld expect from a place like this. Tempura was fresh and crispy when we came during the lunch time crowd. Pork was fatty and delicious.

Good place for a bowl of hot, tasty Udon, especially in this windy & drizzling weather. The broth is good, and try not to put too much condiments to get the real intended taste.

既然店家誠意問為什麼給2星 當然依據是我前一次的用餐體驗 印象太深刻 時間是剛開幕沒多久 看照片紀錄約9個月前的中明太 以各分店來說 剛開幕的服務專業度的確很不理想

當時狀況是 菜是已經放置在旁一段時間 (麵.炸物已吃完) 忘記要給就算了 詢問後 打算直接把冷掉的端給我 提醒已經冷了 但服務人員臉色不是很好 （主觀態度也自行判斷，這部分店家覺得沒有也無從考證） 後來直接倒回熱水重加熱 不是重新拿菜再製作

會給2星沒什麼好奇怪的 我本身是丸龜的愛好者 只是對品牌的尊重 和相信會改善 就這次經驗來說其他店可能連一星….. 或甚至這篇長論

利益申明- 北部有開的基本都吃過 甚至中南部零星幾家 基本態度持中立 也沒必要抹黑丸龜 有沒有這回事麻煩自己回想 事過境遷 店員店長還在不在不知道 既然給2星需要理由...

最近比較常跑拉麵店，將烏龍麵遺忘許久。某日心血來潮想到了，一時只記得丸龜，剛好在家附近就有分店，就來回味一下記憶中的味道。自從丸龜引進台灣，多年來一直都是口袋名單，店家也因應市場不斷推陳出新，商品也都不慍不火，保持穩定品質，堪稱為烏龍麵界的麥當勞。 一踏進店家，燈光明亮桌椅潔淨，點餐井然有序，標準化作業流程，半自助式服務，相當有效率。主餐為豚骨烏龍麵跟牛肉烏龍麵，豚骨湯頭稍鹹但不油膩；牛肉湯頭較鮮甜；二者肉片皆薄而不柴，鮮嫩帶點嚼感；手工麵條Q彈自然不在話下，維持一定水準。炸物非現炸，涼了稍有油膩感，無法多吃是唯一美中不足。 整體而言，餐點中規中矩，服務也有到位，雖無可大書特書的美味，但仍保有一定品質，份量也有大小選擇，當正餐來吃很可以，當點心來吃也不錯。隨時想吃就來吃，不需要大排長龍，也不用費心預訂，光是這點就非常能夠吸引我來了。
