Shallots is located on a quieter part of Roosevelt Rd. We drove by this location several times but never found a proper reason to swing by this area since there's nothing else notable located around here other than NTNU.

The wings were tossed in a bicely flavored sweet tobasco-y hot sauce; But the meat itself could be better marinated for more flavor.

The burger portion was fairly large for Taiwanese standards. I had the parmesan burger. While not terrible, it was a pretty...

The owner so friendly and can speak English a little bit. He do cooking and serving, but not takes time to anger you. It also pricey while located near campus triangle. The taste slightly flat and not quite make you full. One thing I admire is how the owner put into heart the cooking and serving. You can see it carefully placed and arranged...

Read the instructions on the wall & take one fill-in menu & red marker per table to check off choices. Varied menu of western favs and Asian dishes. Our table ordered quesadillas, 8-oz steaks, and fries, all delicious and prepared promptly. Self-service hot & cold beverages. Tucked away on Roosevelt Rd Sec. 5, it's well worth the short walk from Gongguan or Wanlong...

Great food! Had a bacon burger with fries. Fantastic flavors and texture. Also had pesto chicken spaghetti, the wife said it’s the best pesto she’s had in Taipei :) The boss is the only employee and is super serious about his work, but also pretty relaxed. A great environment and highly recommended! Prices 240-300+ NT for a meal (drink included). No service charge

2024/12再訪 菜單又更新了，寬麵回歸 許願以色列燉鍋回歸嗚嗚嗚 -------------------- 2024/9 北上時想起來看到臉書老闆幾天前又開放內用 臨時改變行程順便帶朋友去吃！ 以前讀書很喜歡的店 時隔隔了三年左右 週六晚上下雨約六點，店內前前後後約四五組客人，氛圍還是跟以前一樣 沒有服務費~ 現場好像只收現金 本來想吃漢堡，最後點了以前沒吃過的 以色列燉鍋-番茄魚肉配上蛋與餅 $380 配菜 胡麻醬沙拉/ 煎杏鮑菇/蒜味薯塊 麵包選鬆餅 份量很大 圖片中的鐵鍋和另一盤選三種的澱粉 單吃調味偏重，配著其他東西一起吃剛剛好 喜歡番茄的要點點看 一直有印象紅茶好喝，似乎不賣了，所以點了奶茶$45，也是不錯喝不會太甜 朋友點了奶油起司牛肉漢堡 $340 配菜薯條+炸雞翅 （+60） 表示也炸雞翅好吃，還有機會想試試其他漢堡
