多汁又美味，雞肉的皮考的酥脆，肉汁鎖在裡面，不會過老，雞胸，里肌肉的部分還可以搭配雞油一起吃，也是別有一番風味，剩下的雞油在拌飯，可說是相當的美味，手撕雞肉的感覺也是很好玩的地方，將一隻全雞完全的分解，看著肉汁的流下...
