Authentic local braised pork rice. It wasn't fantastic and life changing but it is something I expect locals will have daily. Although it wasn't anything mind blowing, it was comforting, and a joint you'll imagine what Taiwanese have on a day to day basis.
I had braised pork rice, chicken rice, pork trotters and soup. The soup and braised pork rice are recommended.
They also cook up dishes that are different daily which aren't on the menu but on display. Had eggplant and it was delicious.
I will come back again if I am around the vicinity or if I want to experience the local culture, but not specially.
I rated the service as 3 stars not because they suck, but it was because it isn't the kind of place you are given memorable customer service. Order your food, be seated and be served your food at your table....
