多年前老友聚餐在這裡舉辦 由於假日用餐時間只有90分鐘，所以我是先把菜單研究好也點了菜，免得大家坐定位後還要花時間看菜單。 我特地點泰國米，雖然比起台灣米有點硬度，但吃泰國菜就是要配泰國米才是阿！這樣才正統嘛！ 1.青木瓜沙津:除了青木瓜絲之外，還有泰國的香料、辣椒、檸檬等調味，上面再灑些花生粉。青木瓜非常爽脆，調味真的又辣又酸，真的好開胃阿！ 2.大薄片沙津:豬皮肉切得很薄，加上泰國香料、辣椒、檸檬、洋蔥絲等調味，吃起來不油不膩，有點辣度很下飯。 3.蝦醬空心菜:來這邊幾乎每桌必點，空心菜清脆，有泰國蝦醬調味多了點鮮味，算不錯吃啦！ 4.原味月亮:這道也是必點的啦！一盤大約是 9...

多年前老友聚餐在這裡舉辦 由於假日用餐時間只有90分鐘，所以我是先把菜單研究好也點了菜，免得大家坐定位後還要花時間看菜單。 我特地點泰國米，雖然比起台灣米有點硬度，但吃泰國菜就是要配泰國米才是阿！這樣才正統嘛！ 1.青木瓜沙津:除了青木瓜絲之外，還有泰國的香料、辣椒、檸檬等調味，上面再灑些花生粉。青木瓜非常爽脆，調味真的又辣又酸，真的好開胃阿！ 2.大薄片沙津:豬皮肉切得很薄，加上泰國香料、辣椒、檸檬、洋蔥絲等調味，吃起來不油不膩，有點辣度很下飯。 3.蝦醬空心菜:來這邊幾乎每桌必點，空心菜清脆，有泰國蝦醬調味多了點鮮味，算不錯吃啦！ 4.原味月亮:這道也是必點的啦！一盤大約是 9 片，看這切口的整片厚度有多厚，且裡面的蝦泥蝦丁滿滿的，一定要趁熱吃；又脆又香又飽嘴。 5.風味椒麻雞:滿滿的高麗菜絲是解油膩解辣的良方。椒麻雞炸得非常酥，裡面的雞腿肉還是嫩的，上桌後淋上去的椒麻醬汁有畫龍點睛的效果，真的不錯吃。 6. 清蒸檸檬魚:這隻是鱸魚來的，若不是用泰國香料、辣椒等調味，擺上大蒜、青蔥就會像台式的清蒸鱸魚了。肉質相當鮮美是沒話說的，泰國的調味是重點，肚邊的油脂非常甜美入口即化；另一種是炸的檸檬魚也很不錯吃，但因為有點椒麻雞了所以捨棄。 7.泰味茄子:很單純的就是茄子切段炸過，再以泰國醬料調味拌炒，茄子不會太軟爛，味道也不會太重太油。 8.蟹肉玉米湯:顧名思義就是玉米濃湯+蟹腿肉，不過玉米湯夠濃醇，蟹腿肉也給得很有誠意，算是不錯的啦！本來有考慮要不要點酸辣蝦湯或酸辣海鮮湯，但想想最後總是要清清味蕾吧！ 用完湯後我們又點了三個甜品+一杯椰子汁，不過我沒有拍下來。
