If this is the standard of all five star hotel buffets then this is embarrassing. This is not even two star worthy food quality or service. Business hotel buffets fare better. This may pass for 50% of the mainland tourists who come through but everyone else who possesses taste buds will realize this restaurant is run by inept management.
$980nt +10% service charge for dinner, what you get is Japanese Oden, tempura, sashimi, and below average variety meat. The rest of the buffet was porridge, soup, and more tempuras. From the moment I sat down at 7:45pm I was asked to pay the bill at 8:00pm. My seat was not even warmed up yet and I had to pay for this god awful food.
