Such a wonderful dining experience. The clam chowder in pastry puff and mushroom pie were so amazing. It was a delicious dinner. The service was fantastic. Being American, we really appreciated our server, Wenny Yeh being able to speak English and explain each dish to us. She was so attentive. We also appreciated Yuki (not sure of her spelling) Both of them made our dinner so...

Sky Lounge Dinner set: Multi course dinner served on a beautiful rooftop overlooking Sun Moon. Staff were incredibly attentive and kind. Three tea pairings with the dinner elevated the experience. Dessert was our favorite - chamomile four ways as a tea, cookie, jelly, and pudding. Lovely...

更新：此為2023年9月評論，後來餐廳主管已有致電並表達歉意，故調整評分，或許下次天氣好時再前往體驗後再更新內容。 沒想到，難得的負評就送給雲月坊。入住當天接到電話通知，因頂樓防颱措施，原訂雲月坊頂樓戶外晚餐須改至三樓宴會廳用餐，我想雖然失去了頂樓景色，但其他服務應該不會差，結果體驗下來，整體令人大失所望，分述如下： 1. 用餐時間不足：預約19:30場次，19:38抵達現場，入座後被告知因21:30有包場活動，所以必須縮減30分鐘用餐時間但會盡快出餐，且可以超時仍可繼續享用餐點，我想說這次是幫好朋友低調慶生，不要搞得不愉快，就說沒關係，結果過15分鐘才上麵包，上主餐時只剩30分鐘可以吃，匆匆吃完主餐，等到21:00上甜點，但此刻同時在場佈（搬桌椅、準備調酒），接著21:05左右包場的人來了，我們趕緊把甜點胡亂吞掉，連應該菜單裡的咖啡、茶都沒提供，但我們也只好離開了。 2.服務人員不足：現場只有4個客人，而我們的專案有紅白酒暢飲，在前半場還有人員服務，但後半場人員在忙其他事情，我們想加酒但找不到人，只好離座去找人，加上用餐時間不足，根本沒有暢飲到。 3.餐點普通，主餐差：就消費價位而言，值得嘉許的是麵包，最糟糕的是主餐，牛排一下就冷掉了，戰斧肥油佔50%，其他表現普通。 4.用餐環境氛圍差：空間整體像是臨時找個沒有使用的會議廳，硬擺座位，根本不是所宣稱合適的宴會廳；雖然擺了很多桌椅，但僅有的2組客人卻緊鄰而坐，隔壁的對話內容真的很清晰。 5.令人失望的5星級餐飲服務：遇到颱風攪局，雖然沒有風雨但要做防颱措施，所以失去頂樓的景色我接受，但連服務、餐飲品質都大打折扣，恕我不能接受，客人脾氣好就可以不當回事嗎？ 建議貴司慎思雨備方案的服務品質，這次防颱完全不是突發事件，真的沒想到會糟糕如斯，如果每次的雨備就是這樣的品質，請如實提醒客戶，或提供其他選擇方案（如改自助餐），以讓客戶可以做出正確的判斷，否則好心情都被破壞殆盡：這兩天都會想起最後傖惶離開的畫面跟心情。
