今日，帶著九十幾歲老父親至彰化走走，中午，太太訂了這家叫五零五呷的餐館，環境尚好，清潔、簡約。

我認為餐廳等級定位，應是場地、服務與菜餚應要有一定水準才是，當然到餐廳消費，即使價金比一般小吃店高也是在理。

今日在這裡用餐，我非常不悅原因有三：

一、我們是最早入內一組用餐人士，買了單後，即要我們自己找桌位(有桌號)，這一點，即不像餐廳等級的服務。餐廳的服務很重要，是對餐廳最重要印象，之後的送餐服務，就不再說了。

二、送餐後，老父用食時(拉麵)，湯匙掉地，正好服務人員路過，檢起之後，說要換一支，但直到用完餐，湯匙都没送來，這樣的服務，亦令人不太舒服。 三、三人用餐，兩二己將用完，但我的排骨簡餐，都還没送來，忍不住用了櫃台人員，我的餐為何尚未到來，在座其他比我們晚到許多的，都己在享用了，櫃台說，排骨肉尚要處理，亦不講何時可送，更令我不太舒服。 因為家人聚餐，總希望餐點盡量一起送來，能同時邊吃邊聊，現在只能我看他門用餐，等一下換他們看我用餐，真是………..。

本想換餐點，卻又看到服務人員急急忙忙端來用，只好做罷，説好炸排 骨套餐，結果，排骨實際肉厚約3-4mm，而包裹炸粉厚(兩面)亦足足有6-8...
