法蘭趣 French Café — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

It was the worst dinning experience I had. I order a burger platter and it was the most expensive on the menu and when it came the burger was totally burned. We told the waitress and she said she will let the kitchen then walk away with no follow up. Until I saw the another customer’s order which looks ok. Then I went and confront the waitress. She told me the other customer food was ok because I told her about the burned food. Then I asked what about my food. She said she was too busy working and after a long argument then she reluctantly offer to replace the burger but I told he I was already done eating. Then she said in that case, I will offer Yiu a dessert or coffee. But I rejected her offer cause she was so unapologetic about the whole thing. I would never come to this place again. NEVER...

Been here twice. Had a not so good experience in the first time. The food was yummy but the service was very slow. The second time was much better. Food was still yummy. The service was fast. The staffs were always nice...

Visited the place multiple times with my wife already and plan to do so in the future. Food and service is amazing, this place is one of my favourites in...
