請務必落實員工的教育訓練！！！ 1、站前檯的服務員，腦袋絕對要夠清楚！要迎賓、要帶位、要「會算錢」。而且收了消費者的錢後，絕對要當面點清(石二鍋就很堅持不能刷卡！)，真要遇到不誠實的消費者，前檯的損失是得自負的！ 「Q&A：客人點的餐NT$238，客人給現金NT$340，請問，前檯要找多少錢給客人？」 2、外場服務員不是單單服務桌邊、收拾桌面而已，外場服務員須具備相當能力支援空著的前檯(去過幾回，幾乎常看到空櫃，是因為正值飯點關係？還是因為人力不足？)！餐廳前檯空著是大忌，怎麼石二鍋的員工連這麼基本的道理都不懂呢？ 3、現場空調太差，進餐廳用餐出來，全身都是火鍋味，根本是巷口小火鍋的水準！ 4、見微知著。火鍋店調料檯最能看出服務員的細心度，即使是在飯點當口，調料檯能維持相當整潔度，服務員是得付出相當心力的。 5、內用點單的APP設計仍需加強。請給不吃副食的客人多個選項。 1/6，我花了238元，看到一團亂；空著的前檯、讓人又悶又熱的空調設備、像被亂槍掃射過的調料檯、行屍走肉般的服務員、明明已經交代服務員不吃飯還來了飯、算術很差的前檯、就是很堅持不能刷卡、客人都離開很久還遲遲不整理的桌面，還看到頂著王品招牌，卻是壞掉的服務精神及品質！ 或許，真的是人力不足吧！ 也或許，我不過就是吃個不到300元的鍋，哪能這麼多毛啊！ 我...

가성비 좋기로 한국사람들 한테도 유명한 스얼궈 훠궈 가게 🍲 대만 살면서 이름만 들어봤지 한번도 안가봤는데 드디어 다녀왔어요, 대만 친구가 기본 돌솥탕이랑 루로우빤 (고기 올라간 밥) 그리고 동과 레몬차가 맛있다고 추천해줘서 그대로 주문했는데 정말 맛있었어요😋 생각보다 양이 많아서 배가 엄청 부르더라구요! 진심 가성비 최고! 그리고 음료는 무제한이라 너무 좋았고 직원분들도 친절해서 좋았어요☺️ 위치도 중샤오푸싱에서 가깝고 주차장도 잘되어있어서 너무 편해요! 건물안에 마트도 있어서 밥먹고 장보고 집가기에 최고! 대만에서 한번쯤은 꼭 먹어봐야할 훠궈인거 같아요✨ 단 단점이 하나있다면.. 다른 훠궈 가게와는 달리 여기 다녀오면 옷이랑 가방 전부 냄새가 너무 진하게 베겨서 탈취제를 꼭 뿌리거나 바로 집으로 가시는걸 추천드려요😂

2023/2/4 初次外送 結論：味道不錯，滷肉飯稍硬 上週吃了 聚，這周想說換個口味吃吃。就吃石二鍋吧，雖然兩家都屬同一集團 拿到時，稍微看了一下，打包的還不錯。 湯頭較聚濃郁好喝，令我有點意外。至於豬肉，略有些腥味，但與去年我吃王品集團的餐廳時的肉腥味相較，此刻肉腥味減少許多。 至於滷肉飯，實在不是王品集團的強項，就別太介意。只是不知為何王品旗下餐廳的飯粒都較硬。(是不想讓人吃軟飯嗎？哈哈) 整體來說，味道不會有意外。 五星：再怎麼貴也值得專程去吃，不會後悔 四星：值得吃，但吃後總覺得還有成長的空間 三星：若是在附近可以去吃吃看，不要太計較 二星：CP值不高，除非主廚調整食譜，否則不值得去冒險 一星：嗯，有事沒事都不要去吃 我的評等是我個人依據上述標準提出的主觀意見，若店家不同意可以提出看法
