吃了這麼多次築間，今天是特地回來之前居住的附近吃筑間，發現晴光這裡有新開雙城這家，便過來用餐。然後是第一次被說浪費食材，被刷新三觀。

店內空間小，自助吧也滿小，但東西都有，食材新鮮好吃，滿像麻雀雖小五臟俱全的概念。

用餐時拿了兩三趟食材都有吃，唯獨一開始就拿的三條紅蘿蔔白蘿蔔（不是大塊的）跟粗梗的高麗菜當燉湯底喝用

結帳時店員聽完我的解釋說，因為這樣鍋底「看起來」很滿，是浪費食材（我在最後也有加高湯因為要濾肉末撈湯底喝，所以也會讓整鍋看起來湯在很高很滿的位置）

浪費食材的標準定義是「看起來」沒有清空 就是浪費嗎？現場也可以撈起來看，也沒有像有些真正浪費食材，會藏料在底下掩蓋，翻起來會有食材或是菜盤上有剩多料，這樣才是浪費標準吧？是要完全沒東西才是不浪費嗎？浪費食材的重量要以未煮過計算？還是以煮過含湯汁的份量？

如果是以未煮過，幾根細蘿蔔+幾片菜梗也沒有多重多浪費食材。如果以煮過的來計算重量，那所有剩下的湯也都要計算成浪費食材嗎。

我們也不是吃不下留下來，要馬上再回座位吃光也是可以的，因為就是剩下兩三口燉到爛掉的蘿蔔跟高麗菜、兩片很柴的松阪豬...

교통이 너무 애매합니다. 빨간색 라인인 원산 역에서 내려서 갈 수 있습니다.(도보 10분정도) 별 다섯개도 아깝지 않았던 곳이었어요. 프렌차이즈답게 맛은 모두 다른 지점과 함께 동일하였습니다. 하지만 사장님과 직원분들이 너무 너무 친절하여서 어렵지 않게 주문할 수 있었으며 테이블 또한 깔끔하다라는 인상을 받았습니다 😆 😆 😆 친절 지수+1000000 샐러드 바가 준비되어 있고 양념장은 스스로 제조할 수 있었으며 부족한 야채와 사리들은 샐러드 바에서 보충할 수 있었습니다!! 너무 좋았어요! 한국 오뎅도 있음!! 재료는 대부분 신선했으며 자리가 많지 않아 피크 시간대에는 대기를 해야했던 것 같았어요. 😭 뜨거운 훠궈를 먹고 마지막에 먹는 아이스크림도 좋았어요(롯데) 하지만 너무 바쁘셔서 샐러드 바의 사리와 아이스크림은 리필이 잘 안되는 것 같아요.. 😭 아쉽... 직원만 더 있었으면 베스트일텐데... 하지만 맛과 서비스로 모두 커버합니다!! 다음에도 당연히 재방문할 예정입니다.

第一次到訪。約莫快凌晨12點進店 店內環境很乾淨明亮舒適 服務人員也確切消毒雙手及登記一位資料做登記。 服務人員親切介紹菜單並提供手套讓我們取醬料及飲料的時候叮嚀要戴上 點了老熬牛髓湯底及 粵式胡椒豬骨湯湯底 火鍋套餐一份 熟成紐澳菲力牛肉（小） 嚴選雪花豬肉 單點魚包單跟蚵仔 湯頭部分牛髓湯底喝起來清爽清甜不膩 粵式胡椒豬骨湯底似乎淡了一些 之前在三重跟南京店吃 都是為了這個胡椒豬骨湯底而來 告知服務人員後 服務人員立刻向廚房回報這個問題 本來想說不了了之想說都凌晨了 不要麻煩人只是想告知湯頭似乎跟以往不太同 結果服務人員回來告訴我們 湯頭比例是一樣的 提供給我們胡椒可以加重口味 對於這個舉動真的覺得很棒 有解決到問題點。 牛，豬的肉質吃起來非常嫩 牛肉大概涮五秒就ok了 牛肉香氣很夠 菜盤也很豐盛🥰是一頓非常飽的宵夜🤣 認真說 會一直回訪的店。
