I’ve read all the comments and here’s what I have to say.
Situation: -Entered 8pm on Friday -15-20 people I assume -Majority were fit and toned and local 90%
Thoughts: -since I’m pretty well built I think I didn’t have issue but I’m not sure if you’re not fit you might take awhile or it could be challenging -gym underground is kinda big -I think locals are shy. If they don’t do anything like just sitting, try to make a move. -Dark steam room is kinda small but it can get intimate. -dark path as well is small I didn’t walk around so I didn’t experience.
What I did: gym for like 30min-45mins to get toned up lol wash up and head to stream room. -Occasionally see who goes in but you can even wait there. If there lots of you in the steam room and no action. Try to make a move. You’ll see how they’ll react. They’re not as aggressive as Singapore which they’re very picky. stayed for 2 hours and suddenly it started to get crowded perhaps 30+ . They’re some really good looking and pipz like how Do they exist. my last entry to the steam room saw Japanese guy and both of us connected and the rest was it. I was fine even if I didn’t get to enjoy coz the gym was worth it. lol
Conclusion should’ve kept in contact with the fella friendly reception guy. From entry to exit. Best service so far from my experiences. no smell which was good. Lubes and condoms on the reception desk for 200NTD this was worth it. No bad experiences which I guess...
Read moreI visited XL Club Sauna and found the entry price to be 200 TWD, with an additional 100 TWD refundable deposit. The environment is clean, and they provide two towels. The staff are courteous and professional. The sauna operates 24 hours, and the lounge is spacious with a drink station and many sofas. The gym is large, but the equipment could be better maintained. There are two shower areas: one private near the lounge and one communal near the wet sauna.
I visited on a weekday evening around 6:30 pm, and there were about 20+ people, mostly local Taiwanese in their late 20s to late 30s, with few gym fit. Full nudity is not allowed; you need to cover your bottom at all times. The cruising area is small with few rooms. The stairs and walkway to the gym are narrow and unsafe. The wet sauna is very dark due to a partition, and the steam is quite strong.
Overall, given the price and the crowd, I find XL Club reasonable but feel there is room for...
Read moreI was very pleasantly surprised - the gym is actually good enough for a real workout, I counted over 20 machines, some of them brand new. It's not World Gym but there the day pass is NT$ 650 vs NT$ 250 here for gym, sauna, and relax rooms. If you want to have a proper workout but your hotel falls short, XL club is a real option. I came on a Thursday late during the lunch break and the half dozen of guys were cute, young, muscular, and very socially interactive. In every dimension a very productive visit, hence highly recommended. Note: today the interior was still visibly dated but also really well cleaned and maintained, and next month (November 2025) they will close for two weeks of refurbishment, so after that the club should...
