Mo-Mo-Paradise Fuxing Restaurant — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

My family loves Mo-Mo-Paradise. We have come here numerous times and although it's expensive, the quality of the ingredients and bliss of flavors makes it worth it. It saddens me however to leave this low rating with hopes of reaching management. My complaint is that although you pay per person and it's all you can eat, you cannot have more than two flavors of broth in large groups. We had a party of 6 and some of us would like to try the spicy pot, but they would not allow it. I asked if we could pay more for the additional flavor I was told no. I asked why and they said it was policy. How silly for a premium restaurant to treat their customers, especially when it does not increase their cost. Why would anyone want to have a large party here if you have to limit the whole group to just two flavors. I hope Mo-Mo-Paradise reconsiders its policy and can in the future do better to accommodate larger groups with different palates.

UPDATE: Within 15min of my rating, the manager visited my table and swapped out my pot!! Wow! Thank you! I was told that Mo-Mo-Paradise is a franchise and that this is a larger company policy, but hopefully the message gets passed on to upper management that customers love the flavors. Please allow mixing the pots for larger groups. Even at a cost, it is worth it. Thanks again for making our day!

UPDATE 2: It seems that the policy has changed regarding the mixing of the pots and flavors and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the food and experience. I highly recommend...

Usually when I rate a restaurant with five stars it is because it was exceptional! But this time I am rating with five stars for different reasons: Very quick and efficient service Clean and comfortable place Big variety on the menu for all tastes Free drinks (included on the menu) perfect quality/price ratio All what you can eat hotpot for 20 USD!

Great Shabu Shabu place! You can arrive and if the place is full you can make a reservation on the spot by using the QR code at the first floor. It will give you an extimation about how long you have to wait. The food is great especially the pork. Staff continuously pass by to check if you need more vegetables. Service is great.
