Excellent Decaf latte. Huge area upstairs where you can study or work while having coffee. Lots of stairs so need to take care. Clean toilets. Efficient service by the staff. Their raisin scones are delicious. So many raisins. Best scone I've had in a long time.

It's a rarity that a Starbucks or similar cafe in Taipei to have one large single floor space like this one. Due to old urban design, they're usually long and narrow. The spacing and seating arrangement is pretty good too. Only complaint is the bathroom air freshener is pretty overwhelming and unpleasant!
