Tried calling ahead a full day to order 10 6”sandwiches for lunch (12:00 pm) and the manager told me that it will be impossible to do because they will not have enough employees working at that time. I told him I could pick them up earlier at around 10:30-11:30 and he said it would still be very difficult to do. I asked him would it not be even more difficult if I were to go in person the next day and order 10 sandwiches then? He simply asked me to try and find another restaurant to accommodate our order.
On their website, it says to order 1-2 days in advance. Subway, if your stores cannot deliver on that promise then please don’t advertise it.
