帝拉摩地中海舒食料理 Telamo — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

Service is very slow. I ordered the seafood pasta and it took about 40 minutes, by which time I was full from the salad bar. I think they waited 20 -30 minutes before starting to cook it, and they cooked the pasta within 10 min. Fortunately I could eat from the salad bar while waiting for the pasta, but I was too full to enjoy the pasta. The seafood pasta was decent.

The salad bar is interesting because they have stuff that you don’t see at other Taiwanese salad bars

There is a lot of selection at the salad bar but nothing that stands out. I got the salad bar and a chicken pasta. The pasta is pretty large. I ate a lot of peanuts before coming so I wasn’t that hungry, so I shouldn’t have gotten it. However, they don’t allow you to take the pasta portion to go.

The salad bar is like a sweet tomatoes salad bar in that there are multiple types of salads, and other stuff. The soups were just ok. Radish and a tomato borscht soup. Had fruit but no dessert. They also tack on the 10% service fee. I felt that the price...

It’s okay that the buffet table will not provide food after 14:30 as it’s told to customers at the beginning but today a member of front house had taken the dishes away before 14:30 so the customers couldn’t get the food in their given time. If you’re starting your meals at 13:15, then you should have, till 14:30, 75 mins to take dishes and in total 90 mins, till 14:45 to finish your meal but basically that poor waitress deprived that 75 mins and she’s doing it deliberately because I just told her it’s not yet 14:30 but she just said she’s taking away the food anyway😡. So basically the customers are paying the same with less time of enjoying the dishes.

Besides, they didn’t seem to want to refill or refresh the dishes as the foods were running out, especially the salad were never back to the table after 13:30 so for customers whose dining time was up to 14:45, they could get nothing but “olive salad” if they wished to have salad. What an unique specialty !

Found this cute bistro by chance. Mediterranean style cuisine is their speciality. Lots of tomatoes, onions, potatoes, basil, pesto sauce,olive and olive oil as the basic ingredients. Mild and homey food. Tastes like food prepared by an Italian mama for her family.

Salad bar buffet at lunch is @$299, @$349 for dinner. Entree is discounted half of the price when order with the salad bar buffet.

You can see the two chefs busy preparing dishes right in the center of the dinning room. It does have the vibes of a historical kitchen! I almost think I was having meals in an European bistro!
