This chain is really OVERPRICED. It is a big chain franchise, so it must have competitive pricing, like the McDonalds does. Simply because of economy of scale. Meals are not bad, but there are a lot of restaurants with much better price-quality ratio. Its owners are simply greedy ** who charges money for everything.

Beef curry in Sukiya is somewhere like 150 NTD, special meals can easily exceed 250 NTD. So a set with soup, drink, side dish etc. will make an order as expensive as in a good mid tier restaurant. I absolutely love this 24-hour beef bowl place where you can eat anytime. Every time I get the mega bowl with a veggie set, I’m well chuffed. They even have a salmon set in the morning, which is proper healthy.

It's a 24H Japanese gyu-don focus chain store, one of my favorite restaurant as well. However, one thing that had not been changed since its grand opening was the unimaginable queuing. I still remember in the first year, the line was as long as people in USSR waiting for dalieba.
