Chung Ching Shrimp Rice — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

Chung Ching Taiwanese Cusines - We decided to go this famous restaurant a try before our day trip tour starts. The food is good but the experience was not so delicious. They had a minimum order amount so we had to order more than we could eat. We did not stand up and leave because we were running late there is no more time to go to another place. To make matters worse the food came very slowly. Meant we had to gobble down the food. All in all it was bad for our mood.

Nevertheless I must say whatever we could eat it was delicious. Maybe will try this restaurant again when I had more time the next round.

We reached the shop about 8pm+ on 12/12 and the staff told us have to wait for minimum 30mins to accommodate 7 adults and kids of us. In fact, there is empty table inside which the staff was lie and just dont want to attend more customer that we guess they want to wrap up and off soon as we heard they told customers that came around 9pm that everything’s sold off. The staff are not helpful and friendly at all as refuse to move one empty table to join when there are ample of space. After walking around Taipei Main station with my wife and not finding a restaurant that tickled our fancy, we finally chanced upon this restaurant, and decided to give it a go.
