Came for a double espresso with milk to go. Was told I couldn't take the espresso to go, but they had to go cups. Then was told they couldn't put milk in the 'for here' espresso cup. I asked for just a splash of cold milk to cool the espresso, with my Google translate. They gave me a TINY bit of milk and told me only this one time, and not to ask again.
The whole experience was weird. Espresso was decent. But I can't fathom why they wouldn't be able to add milk to my espresso.
Also, it was 80 for a double. Cozy Sun Day is only a few blocks away, was cheaper, better espresso and much more helpful staff.

Read more上午11:40左右去買一杯手沖咖啡,因為提著家人的午餐,擔心氣味影響店內用餐的客人,於是就掃了門口貼的QR,進系統點餐。
點餐完成後系統顯示在我前面只有一個訂單,加上從玻璃窗可以清楚看到櫃台作業,所以覺得在門口等就好,等咖啡完成再進去比較不影響別人。
等了一會兒發現店內三位工作人員都沒有在製作餐點,各自在聊天或滑手機,猜想會不會系統進訂單沒看到呢?於是進去詢問,為避免尷尬,我是拿著手機點餐的螢幕問店員:「我在系統訂餐,如果完成會顯示在這裡對嗎?」然後店員這時候才看了點餐機,有點尷尬的回答:「對,如果做好這裡會顯示。」然後櫃檯的工作人員們此時開始各自的動作。
本來覺得這樣就沒問題了,但其中準備要沖咖啡的女生對著我不耐煩的說:「你點手沖要等五分鐘啊。」(似乎是表達我很沒有耐心?)我說我知道,但的確覺得被冒犯,所以決定站在櫃檯旁邊等,避免有其他問題。她也是從這一刻才開始以非常緩慢的速度,配合不知道為什麼的東張西望,開始秤豆、磨豆。
這位店員是用聰明濾杯做手沖的,雖然在其他間露易莎遇過的不是這樣,但這一點我沒有問題,我有問題的是,她把熱水注入之後,就開始滑手機、訂午餐,然後不停的問有沒有人要幫她去拿午餐。這中間有沒有在計時什麼的我真的不知道,因為整個過程比我所理解的都要久。直到她另一位同事靠過來,她就要求同事進行攪拌的動作,然後把濾杯放上外帶杯萃取出來。
但她的同事顯然對這件事很不熟悉,甚至不知道聰明濾杯怎麼使用,她看起來也不是在指導新人,就是一直說「你就放上去,就放上去」,重複數次,過程中手機沒有放下來,眼睛也幾乎沒有離開螢幕。
等聰明濾杯將萃取出來的咖啡液體濾到杯中是一個非常迅速的過程,但是這一段我也等了很久,因為我眼睜睜看著濾杯裡的咖啡都往下流完至少三分鐘了,但她還是在滑手機(同事已經去做其他事情),還在處理她的午餐,直到她終於要處理咖啡的事情了,她還看了我一眼,然後決定先問他同事究竟要不要幫她取餐,直到她同事拿了她的手機和錢出發了,她才把飲料封膜交給我。最後我喝到的手沖咖啡,杯底還有些許咖啡渣。
她當時的眼神,基本上就是很不耐煩,但那是對我;對後來靠近櫃台的一位年長女性客人,那種眼神是嫌惡,即便她只是把某個其他同事做好的飲料拿給她。
