SanHuaiTang Cheesecake & Coffee — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

Tucked away in a hidden alley, just like many charming little shops in Taipei. This little cafe is a place when you should come when you wish to or hope to take things slow, and disconnect with the hustle and bustle of Taipei. We’re lucky that this was just steps away from our airbnb. The owner is a real connoisseur of hand drip coffee and tea. He was patiently boiling and taking whiffs of the Ceylon tea, making sure that the aroma of the tea leaves was released and ready to be served….hmmm. I guest this is how the British royalties have their teas prepared, what a great contrast from my usual tea bag plus hot water.

Small and quite shop with two large tables and two small tables. The large tables accommodates 6 person per table and the two small tables 2 person per table. Good customer service and home made desserts. The coffee was good and the original blueberry cheese cake was not sweet at all. 久違的三槐堂，好多年沒來了，昨日大雨，回台中前，特別去回味一下，一樣的令人感動

第一次知道三槐堂是因為它的cheesecake , 味道濃郁，然而比例剛好，是我喜歡的，份量剛好，不似外面很多家都過於濃膩，這次來訪，老闆說有很多口味可選，但都需兩日前告知，現在有原味，巧克力的，還有百香果的等等，超讚

我們點了高級藍山，特級藍山，跟冰紅茶，當然一定要點cheesecake , 口味依舊，一樣好吃，還有兒子想念的手工餅乾，好吃，爽脆，不油膩，老闆的手工餅乾有多種口味，久未來訪，直接點個綜合的，都各來一些，當然，事後，意猶未竟，還是再外帶了些
