Every morning when we walk our pet, having a pitstop at Kafe Koffee is always a must ….on 03-10-2024, it was at the Bains road branch. The lady who was manning the coffee section in the morning hours probably did not wake up from the right side of the bed … I had asked for a Latte without sugar and since on most occasions they get it right ,to our surprise it was with sugar …. No issues, these errors happen so we saved the coffee, finished our small walk and headed back to get it exchanged . No apology or regret.. instead she looked alarmed and non responsive.. if the coffee cup was empty, I understand she being perplexed but here we are returning the cup as is ….expected a little more this time round … eventually she did exchange it but with a lot of resistance. Seemed like a task ( no smile / finesse )than a way to fix her error and change it to a customer delight moment… consistency and right attitude is the key in hospitality. Hope the Management takes note of it and gives her...

I was not there in person. Contacted them via Google contact or WhatsApp to get informations about their coffee and delivery. Sadly, never got an answer. See my other reviews to see, who answered and now has a new lifelong customer.

Update: After one week I got an answer, when I told them (here or on Instagram) that I left a negative review. Whithin 5 minutes! That conversation was not fruitful and I still do not know if they have coffee for me.

Update: At the last conversation, I wished them a nice day. They did not reply. Now, after 29 days! they answered “to you, too”. I should change the service rating...
