We waited 60 mins after order some masala chips, shawarma, mixed platter and two pizzas.

For drinks took probably 30 mins to bring us Coca Cola, water and mango orange juice.

There’s not enough staff to serve us as we had no choice but went along the kitchen by ourselves to get the drinks and almost 4 times checking if our foods were ready.

The food was not tasty as we could felt they were all cooked in hurry and rush, very below average level.

We knew how the real Turkish food taste like and it’s not like the only chef couldn’t prepare well. We do not like the service hospitality and we do not enjoy the dinner at all.

We are in group of 11 friends and family. Chef and owner came to us final when we asked for the bill since it’s obvious we couldn’t enjoy. He explained he’s lack of staff and today was special condition but we did see the kitchen was preparing take away order. It’s not reasonable to make the in-house 11 guests to wait for 60 mins for food especially chips/ shawarma ??

We wouldn’t recommend to any one who’s starving for food. Only for those who have sufficient time to be a patient guest.

The chips tasted very sloppy same as the shawarma and pizza. However a fair comment that I believed they could do better than what we...

Unlike many popular spots, there was a noticeable absence of crowds, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a quiet meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy good food as well as good company.

Definitely recommend for meat lovers since my meat craving was satisfied. The mixed kebab platter was a standout, boasting generous (large) portions of flavorful meats ensured we left with satisfied appetites. The accompanying salad perfectly complemented the main platter, creating a harmonious blend of tastes. The shawarma was equally satisfying. The unexpected treat was the complimentary free shisha, even though it wasn't officially a weekend night. This thoughtful gesture showcased the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction and created a truly memorable evening.

The service was impeccable, with our waiter providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring a seamless dining...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at KERVAN, a Turkish restaurant that has taken the art of gastronomy to new heights. Whether you're looking for a place to host official meetings or simply want to indulge in an extraordinary culinary experience with friends and family, this establishment is a true gem that caters to all occasions.

Ambiance (5/5): T The open environment concept beautifully combines the traditional warmth of Turkish culture with a simplistic twist.

Cuisine (5/5): The heart of any restaurant lies in its cuisine, and kervan does not disappoint. The menu is an exquisite journey through the diverse flavors of Turkish cuisine. From mouthwatering kebabs to sumptuous platters and an array of drinks options, there is something to please every palate. the quality of ingredients is unmistakable. Don't miss out on the Baklava Turkish desserts; they are the perfect way to end your meal on...

It happened on Saturday.. Place wasn’t really crowded. First, waiter was carelessly ignoring our calls even seeing us, and say: “just wait”. But after waiting for our food for 50 minutes we asked owner and then I’ve realized why this place service is so unfriendly negative - OWNER was the same. Finally, after 1 hour and 10 minutes we got salad and +10 mins all the food. Honestly it was delicious(as we were starving already) and even being small portion itself also was missing one portion of French fries. Will I come again? or recommend it to anybody? Yes, but you better to come there already full and don’t expect to feel as a customer, there’s no such a favor. I’ve been to Turkey and I know, how friendly these people are! so I claim - it is NOT Turkish restaurant.
