Two Spoons — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

We ordered for Chicken Tikka and the restaurant served Chicken Tikka Masala. Yes, as a customer we made a mistake by reading the Menu mentioned ad "Chicken Tikka Boti" for a world known dish called "Chicken Tikka". When asked the lady who answered the message via whatsapp as we didn't mention correctly. Fine. But as restaurant how did they came to a conclusion that we wanted children Tikka masala which is a gravy dish? The restaurant didn't show a prudence to check back whether we want a curry or a dry dish. That would have solved the problem. But they stuck to saying we didn't notify. Didn't wanted to argue, blocked off the number with an amateur restaurant manager.

We had also ordered for Butter Naan. It was more like a bullet proof Naan burnt at some portions.

Bad luck and bad experience with this outlet.

👨‍🍳We went late but service and food was available and it didnt even take time in half an hour we had our food. 📍Location is accurate near lazziz restaurant. There is only enough space to sit 2-3 families inside and outside was a little conjusted too. 🍔The food was delicious really good and crispy. I had ordered the fried chicken chilli, will definately recommend it. We would have given 4.5 stars but 3 as we got a couple of hair in our chicken manchurian. They compensated the food with a new plate of chicken manchurian. 💲Pricing was good as they serve a nice portion too.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit was truly frustrating. From the moment we arrived, the service was inattentive and disorganized. We went for the buffet expecting a good variety, but halfway through, most of the dishes were finished — and not refilled. Staff didn’t inform anyone or apologize, and people were left waiting around for food that never came. For the price paid, the experience was unacceptable.
