Went to baraza and it was so dissapointing, the waiter started by telling us dismissively that if we order other food from the menu like chicken IT WILL TAKE LONGER ,mind you it was just after we opted for non buffet ,then mostly ignored since we didnt choose the buffet option rather ordered separately . Two, half of the food looked like it was drenched in oil and chili. We then asked for a second bottle of water (cold)to which surprisingly there wasnt any cold water, instead we asked the waiter if there was any ice since we wanted cold. The buffet required constant service of food to be brought to the table but we found ourselves waiting for more until our appetites curbed and chose to complain. Neither were we offered the service we paid for nor was the manager bothered to look into it, an apology is far fetched. There is an open kitchen with seating area in front.
In the middle of the seating area is a small salad bar with quite a few different salads, lots of chutneys, fried rice and noodles.
Staff then continually bring all sorts of grilled items, (this isn't for vegetarians) naan, malai chicken, beef mishkaki, nundu, chicken lollipop, sausage, mutton chops, sekeli chicken, fish, sweetcorn, paneer, pineapple, unripe banana, and they are not shy, they keep coming!
